{"id":9,"date":"2026-02-04T19:32:47","date_gmt":"2026-02-04T10:32:47","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/hcv100209i3b.previewdomain.jp\/?page_id=9"},"modified":"2026-02-10T09:34:38","modified_gmt":"2026-02-10T00:34:38","slug":"solicitation-en","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.clearthlife.co.jp\/?page_id=9&lang=en","title":{"rendered":"SOLICITATION POLICY GUIDELINES"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<section class=\"rules_page\">\n  <div class=\"common_wrap\">\n    <div class=\"common_inner\">\n      <div class=\"rules_page_title_block\">\n        <h1 class=\"rules_page_title fg_b\">\n          SOLICITATION POLICY GUIDELINES\n        <\/h1>\n      <\/div>\n      <div class=\"rules_box mb_80\">\n        <div class=\"common_inner_s\">\n          <p class=\"rules_page_text fg_r\">\n            When our company engages in solicitation related to the sale of condominiums (for residential or investment purposes) or the offering of specified real estate joint ventures, we do so in accordance with and in adherence to the following policy.\n          <\/p>\n          <div class=\"rules_block_wrap\">\n            <div class=\"rules_block\">\n              <ul class=\"rules_list\">\n                <li class=\"rules_item\">\n                  <h3 class=\"rules_item_title fg_b\">\n                    &#8544;.Principle of Suitability\n                  <\/h3>\n                  <ul class=\"rules_decimal_list\">\n                    <li class=\"rules_decimal_item fg_r\">\n                      We strive to make appropriate solicitations based on a thorough understanding of the customer\u2019s budget, purchase purpose, and asset management policy.\n                      <ul class=\"rules_disc_list\">\n                        <li class=\"rules_disc_item fg_r\">\n                          In order to propose suitable products, we ensure a comprehensive understanding of not only the customer\u2019s requests, but also their income and borrowing situation.\n                        <\/li>\n                        <li class=\"rules_disc_item fg_r\">\n                          Even if a product may offer benefits, we will not pressure customers into making purchases they do not desire.\n                        <\/li>\n                      <\/ul>\n                    <\/li>\n                    <li class=\"rules_decimal_item fg_r\">\n                      We make appropriate explanations regarding product details and associated risks to ensure that customers can make decisions based on their own judgment and responsibility.\n                      <ul class=\"rules_disc_list\">\n                        <li class=\"rules_disc_item fg_r\">\n                          We provide sufficient explanations not only about the benefits of ownership and management, but also about the risks involved.\n                        <\/li>\n                        <li class=\"rules_disc_item fg_r\">\n                          The time spent explaining risks will be equal to or greater than the time spent explaining benefits.\n                        <\/li>\n                        <li class=\"rules_disc_item fg_r\">\n                          Even if a contract is concluded at the customer\u2019s home or workplace upon their request, any contract concluded outside our office will be treated as subject to the cooling-off rule.\n                        <\/li>\n                        <li class=\"rules_disc_item fg_r\">\n                          We allow customers sufficient time to consider whether to proceed with the contract.\n                        <\/li>\n                      <\/ul>\n                    <\/li>\n                  <\/ul>\n                <\/li>\n                <li class=\"rules_item\">\n                  <h3 class=\"rules_item_title fg_b\">\n                    &#8545;.Proper Solicitation Methods\n                  <\/h3>\n                  <ul class=\"rules_decimal_list\">\n                    <li class=\"rules_decimal_item fg_r\">\n                      Prohibition of Nuisance Solicitation\n                      <ul class=\"rules_disc_list\">\n                        <li class=\"rules_disc_item fg_r\">\n                          Telephone solicitations will be made with full consideration of the customer&#8217;s convenience, and in-person visits will be conducted only after a prior appointment has been made.\n                        <\/li>\n                        <li class=\"rules_disc_item fg_r\">\n                          Unless otherwise requested by the customer, we will avoid calling or visiting during times that may be considered intrusive. Furthermore, even during acceptable hours, we will immediately cease solicitation if the customer expresses discomfort.\n                        <\/li>\n                        <li class=\"rules_disc_item fg_r\">\n                          The same applies to sending materials via fax.\n                        <\/li>\n                      <\/ul>\n                    <\/li>\n                    <li class=\"rules_decimal_item fg_r\">\n                      Prohibition of Excessive Solicitation\n                      <ul class=\"rules_disc_list\">\n                        <li class=\"rules_disc_item fg_r\">\n                          We do not engage in repeated or excessive solicitation that may cause inconvenience or discomfort to the customer.\n                        <\/li>\n                      <\/ul>\n                    <\/li>\n                    <li class=\"rules_decimal_item fg_r\">\n                      Prohibition of Misleading Solicitation\n                      <ul class=\"rules_disc_list\">\n                        <li class=\"rules_disc_item fg_r\">\n                          We do not provide definitive forecasts about future real estate market conditions.\n                        <\/li>\n                        <li class=\"rules_disc_item fg_r\">\n                          We do not give misleading impressions that certain returns are guaranteed.\n                        <\/li>\n                        <li class=\"rules_disc_item fg_r\">\n                          We do not mislead customers into believing that rental income, management fees, or reserve funds for repairs will remain unchanged indefinitely.\n                        <\/li>\n                        <li class=\"rules_disc_item fg_r\">\n                          We do not make any promises to compensate for potential losses due to real estate price fluctuations.\n                        <\/li>\n                      <\/ul>\n                    <\/li>\n                    <li class=\"rules_decimal_item fg_r\">\n                      Protection of Personal Information (Opt-Out)\n                      <ul class=\"rules_disc_list\">\n                        <li class=\"rules_disc_item fg_r\">\n                          Emails and greeting letters attached to materials sent to customers will include a standardized opt-out template established by our company, indicating that customers can stop receiving solicitations if they wish.\n                        <\/li>\n                        <li class=\"rules_disc_item fg_r\">\n                          If a customer indicates during solicitation that they do not wish to be contacted again (opt-out), we will delete their personal data from our records and ensure through our system that no further calls are made.\n                        <\/li>\n                      <\/ul>\n                    <\/li>\n                    <li class=\"rules_decimal_item fg_r\">\n                      Regarding Advertising Materials\n                      <ul class=\"rules_disc_list\">\n                        <li class=\"rules_disc_item fg_r\">\n                          All advertisements and materials used in our sales activities and proposals to customers will comply with applicable laws and regulations.\n                        <\/li>\n                        <li class=\"rules_disc_item fg_r\">\n                          When creating customized materials for individual customers, only those that have undergone internal review and received prior approval will be used.\n                        <\/li>\n                      <\/ul>\n                    <\/li>\n                  <\/ul>\n                <\/li>\n                <li class=\"rules_item\">\n                  <h3 class=\"rules_item_title fg_b\">\n                    &#8546;.Ensuring Proper Solicitation Practices\n                  <\/h3>\n                  <ul class=\"rules_decimal_list\">\n                    <li class=\"rules_decimal_item fg_r\">\n                      Internal Training and Continuous Knowledge Development\n                      <ul class=\"rules_disc_list\">\n                        <li class=\"rules_disc_item fg_r\">\n                          To ensure appropriate solicitation practices, we conduct internal training sessions and require all officers and employees to continuously acquire and refine their knowledge.\n                        <\/li>\n                        <li class=\"rules_disc_item fg_r\">\n                          We promptly gather information regarding revisions to relevant laws and regulations or notifications from regulatory authorities, implement necessary measures, and inform internal teams accordingly. Additional training is conducted as needed.\n                        <\/li>\n                      <\/ul>\n                    <\/li>\n                    <li class=\"rules_decimal_item fg_r\">\n                      Establishment and Enhancement of Internal Management Systems\n                      <ul class=\"rules_disc_list\">\n                        <li class=\"rules_disc_item fg_r\">\n                          We comply with the Real Estate Brokerage Act, the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions, and all related laws and regulations.
