BUSINESS
Since our founding in 1984, we have primarily been engaged in the planning, development, and sale of investment-oriented condominiums.
Even after sales, our entire group provides comprehensive support for condominium owners in their asset management and operations.
From rental management and building management to the circulation of pre-owned properties, we offer full support for condominium investment.
In addition, we provide tenants with property introductions and a variety of services during their tenancy, delivering a comfortable living environment.
Condominium Planning, Development, and Sales
We plan, develop, and sell investment condominiums primarily in central Tokyo, where strong asset value and stable rental demand are expected.
Our flagship brand, the “CONCIERIA” series, is meticulously designed to ensure comfortable and convenient living, with careful attention not only to location but also to design quality, specifications, and interior amenities.
In addition, we provide attentive asset consulting and a comprehensive follow-up support system to assist owners in the ongoing operation of their properties.
Property Management
The CLEARTHLIFE Group operates a property leasing management business.
On behalf of condominium owners, we handle all aspects of leasing operations, including tenant recruitment, lease contract execution, rent collection, and tenant inquiries, streamlining what can often be complex and time-consuming processes.
Leveraging our long-standing expertise and network in managing well-located, high-quality properties, we achieve consistently high occupancy rates.
Building Management
The CLEARTHLIFE Group operates a building management business.
Through cleaning, inspection, and maintenance of common areas and facilities, we preserve property value and protect our owners’ valuable assets.
We also support smooth condominium operations by assisting with the management of homeowners association meetings and providing administrative and accounting services for management associations.
In addition, we propose coin-operated parking solutions to utilize vacant parking spaces and offer strategies for managing reserve funds for repairs, supporting stable income for management associations.
Furthermore, we actively undertake the management of nursing care facilities and other properties, expanding our business across a wide range of sectors.
Condominium Resale Business
The CLEARTHLIFE Group operates a real estate investment and distribution business, providing condominium acquisition, brokerage, and resale services.
With a focus on condominium properties developed and managed within our group, we purchase properties from owners wishing to sell and assist investors and homebuyers in acquiring quality pre-owned condominiums.
