CSR

At CLEARTHLIFE, under the corporate philosophy of “Tokyo Life Concierge,” our group consistently engages in condominium investment-related businesses. Centered on condominium development and sales, we also provide rental management and brokerage, building management, and even pre-owned property distribution.

CORPORATE GOVERNANCE

Governance structure

The CLEARTHLIFE Group is committed to strengthening its corporate governance framework in order to ensure management transparency for all stakeholders, including shareholders, customers, and employees, while achieving sound and efficient business operations.

Under this policy, we have established a Board of Directors and a Board of Corporate Auditors. In addition, we strive to ensure the appropriateness of business execution and the transparency of financial reporting through audits conducted by our independent accounting auditor and our Internal Audit Office. We also hold management meetings to facilitate information sharing and enable timely decision-making regarding business operations.

Furthermore, we have established a Compliance Committee that includes external experts to review and deliberate matters related to compliance. We have also adopted the Basic Policy for the Development of an Internal Control System, through which we continuously work to enhance the effectiveness of our governance structure and promote the proper and efficient operation of our business activities.

Corporate Governance Structure

Compliance Initiatives

At the CLEARTHLIFE Group, we regard compliance as one of our highest management priorities. Our fundamental policy is that all directors, officers, and employees recognize their responsibilities and conduct business activities in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.

To support this commitment, we have established various compliance-related policies and regulations, including the CLEARTHLIFE Group Code of Business Ethics. These policies set forth specific standards and requirements concerning legal compliance in business transactions, the exclusion of anti-social forces, and the standards of conduct expected of directors, officers, and employees. We also provide ongoing training and educational programs to promote compliance awareness throughout the organization.

In addition, we have established internal reporting and consultation channels to facilitate the early detection and correction of compliance violations and other misconduct. Through these mechanisms, we maintain a system designed to ensure fair, prompt, and appropriate responses to compliance-related concerns.

SOCIAL INTIATIVES

What we uphold and practice for our stakeholders

Commitment to Our Customers

Our group is committed to delivering products and services of reliable quality to earn the satisfaction and trust of our customers. In condominium development, we conduct rigorous quality inspections to ensure peace of mind for purchasers. At the time of sale or when providing services, we explain matters sincerely and appropriately, including risk information related to the condominium and its management services.

In addition, our group has established a Personal Information Protection Policy and Personal Information Handling Regulations, which we strictly observe in our operations. We uphold the principle that personal information entrusted to us by customers is a valuable asset, and we manage it responsibly and appropriately.

Furthermore, we listen humbly to the diverse “voices of our customers,” including complaints, inquiries, and opinions received through our business activities, and we reflect them in product development, operational improvements, and management policies.

Commitment to Our Partners

Our group selects business partners fairly, based not on past dealings or personal relationships, but on a comprehensive evaluation of factors such as quality, service, price, track record, and reliability. In all transactions, we are committed to conducting fair business practices in strict compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Commitment to Our Employees

The CLEARTHLIFE Group complies with labor laws, regulations, and labor-management agreements in all employment and personnel practices, while respecting the diversity of each individual employee. We do not tolerate any form of human rights violation, including harassment and discrimination, and are committed to fostering a workplace environment where employees can work with confidence and peace of mind.

We regard our employees as an essential driving force behind the Group’s growth and success. Based on this belief, we conduct recruitment activities aligned with our long-term vision and actively promote employee development after hiring. Through ongoing training and education programs, we support the enhancement of professional expertise and compliance awareness, helping our employees grow alongside the organization.

ENVIRONMENTAL INTIATIVES

Our group recognizes its role as a member of the local community and strives to contribute to building a better society by providing environmentally conscious real estate.

Rooftop Solar Power Installation Projects in Our Condominiums

In selected development projects, we have installed solar power generation systems on building rooftops in accordance with the specific requirements and conditions of each property.
This initiative represents one of our efforts to address environmental considerations in building development and demonstrates our commitment to utilizing renewable energy solutions where appropriate.

Rooftop Greening Projects in Our Condominiums

This project features a rooftop greening system incorporated into an urban development property.
Even within the constraints of a limited site area, the building was designed with consideration for harmony with the surrounding environment and the promotion of green spaces, reflecting our commitment to environmentally conscious development.
