INFORMATION SECURITY POLICY

The CLEARTHLIFE Group (hereinafter referred to as “the Group”) is committed to protecting its information assets from threats such as accidents, disasters, and criminal acts, and to maintaining the trust of our customers and society. Based on the following policy, the Group promotes information security initiatives on a company-wide basis.

  • Ⅰ. Management Responsibility

    The Group, under the leadership of its management, continuously and systematically works to improve and enhance information security.

  • Ⅱ. Establishment of Internal Framework

    The Group establishes organizational structures to maintain and improve information security and defines information security measures as formal internal rules.

  • Ⅲ. Employee Initiatives

    Employees of the Group acquire the necessary knowledge and skills required for information security, prevent incidents caused by insufficient preventive measures, operational errors, or inadequate verification, and ensure the effectiveness of their initiatives.

  • Ⅳ. Compliance with Laws and Regulations

    The Group complies with all applicable laws, regulations, standards, and other requirements related to information security, and strives to meet the expectations of our customers.

  • Ⅴ. Incident Response

    The Group endeavors to prevent information leakage and system failures caused by unauthorized access, malware infections, and other threats. In the event that an incident occurs, we will promptly investigate, restore, and respond appropriately.
